BOBBLE LOONS TIPS FOR USE

NOTE: Support block must be applied to a clean, DRY surface.

1. Attach support block to sign or surface by removing red tape cover and pressing the tape side firmly to sign, (make sure hole side is up.) Once applied tape can only be removed by using a tool to separate block from surface and by using fingernail to scrape tape off .

2. Blow up balloons by mouth, hand pump or small electric pump. Tie a knot on the balloon, attach balloons to S shaped top by wrapping the knot end of balloon around the lowest curve in the wire repeatedly then continue up the wire with additional balloons

3. Press wire firmly into hole in top of the block.

4. After using pull wire from block and store for next use.

5. Wiping wire after use and storing out of the elements will extend life and appearance of BOBBLE LOONS
